Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by the practitioner placing their hands lightly on specific areas of your body. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

A treatment feels very relaxing. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement. It does not hurt or cause harm.

For times when that is not possible or not easy to be there is person, Distance Healing is truly a wonderful healing tool. It works on the ancient Hermetic Law of Similarity .You can also request Distance Healing for a loved one or pet.

There is nothing required of you other than to take 45 minutes of your day to relax and be open to receiving the healing. Please note: these sessions are completely distant so no zoom etc is required during time of appointment x
